- 15min: Introduction & Free Play/Warm up.

- 10min: Introduction and basic movements use to play the sport.

- 10min: Sports drills Level 1 - basic obstacle course that increases in difficulty.

- 10min: Sports drills Level 2 - introduction to challenging games.

- 15min: Wind down with fun games and end of with rewards.
At this age kidz are just beginning to explore sports and physical activities. At this stage, they are developing basic motor skills like running, jumping, catching, and throwing. They are learning how to control their bodies and coordinate movements, often through play and exploration. Their skill level is all about discovery and having fun, so their actions are more about experimenting than perfecting techniques. It's a time of joyful movement where they learn the basics of communication, sharing, and cooperation with others in playful, relaxed settings.
